Wendy applies a lens of neuroscience and organisational psychology to gain insight into leaders, an organisation’s culture, their vision and their strategy in order to create a psychologically safe environment. In her coaching, she guides senior leaders to understand themselves, their organisation’s current culture, and build their future. She focuses on their self awareness, self management, social awareness and social skills to face our world of uncertainty and volatility.

Jeff is truly passionate about neuroscience, learning, and the value of books! After spending more than 10 years working with Toyota, Jeff knows a thing or two about people and relationship building.
Outside of work, Jeff is an under 15 cricket coach, an all-around sports fanatic, and also an endurance cyclist, pedalling to raise money for cancer research. Over the years, we have come to know some of Jeff’s favourite mottos and, when you look at them, you will understand what an asset he will be to NeuroCapability and to people in general as he helps us change the world one brain at a time. These are some of the words he lives by: “Plant trees under whose shade you’ll never sit”; “Have courage and be kind”, and always “Stay Awesome”.
Fiona is now the Director of her own company Associate Development Solutions and has recently launched an online therapy, coaching and leadership development enterprise- ThinkingThrough. Fiona is qualified at PhD level having studied the effects of stigma and discrimination associated with mental health on children and families, so also brings a strong analytical and research base on her work.
Having recently undertaken her own journey through neuroscience through the Advanced Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership – the learning from this course has completely changed the way she approaches her leadership and the way she engages with people around her, to build stronger and trusting collaborations and more resilient people and teams.
Rhys is a business and psychology student with a passion or people in the workplace. He is an avid learner who enjoys the challenge of new tasks. Rhys values the help of others and excels when he is given the opportunity to work in a team environment. He is also strong in the face of problems due to his adept problem-solving ability.
Dr. Kennedy holds the position as the professor of applied neuroscience and organisational behaviour at UGSM-Monarch Business School, College & University, in Hagedorn, Zug, Switzerland. He is the Ph.D. professor of applied neuroscience and supervision with Canterbury Christchurch University and several other U. K. universities as part of the academic relationship with the Professional Development Foundation (PDF).
He is the author of The SAGE Handbook of Organisational Wellbeing’s Chapter: Applications of neuroscience to improve wellbeing in organisational life. His book, Brain Re-Boot, that was recently published, is an overview of applied neuroscience which proposes various applications from behavioural neuroscience, neuroeconomics, social neuroscience and health neuroscience. The book offers brain-based tools and behavioural hacks that have shown to build resilience to stress-related pathology and improve cognitive performance in organisational life. His academic work informs his executive coaching processes, his licenced clinical practice in neuro-behavioural analysis and neuropsychology as well as his consulting to various organisations globally.
Rachael is an energetic and vibrant personality with more than 19 years of experience in Organisational Development, Human Resources and Learning and Development. As an influencer and executor of effective business and people strategy, she has worked with SMEs to FTSE 100, public and privately-owned companies (including mining, construction, manufacturing, IT, food processing and medical sectors) across APAC and EMEA.
As an experienced coach, she is passionate about psychological safety and adding value through people, connecting with others to facilitate thought and insight. Rachael is purpose-led and relationship-driven and her curious mind and inquisitive nature can often create more questions than answers!
With qualifications in Neuroscience, Psychology and an MSc in HR, she is fascinated by all things people and brain and is humbled to have her work on Organisational Culture published in the number one best-selling book “Leadership Matters: 7 skills of very successful leaders”.
Meg Price has a love for learning all about people and helping others thrive by learning how to be truly human. She has specialised for the past 20 years in developing leaders of all levels to be more agile, more strategic, and more creative in this uncertain and volatile environment.
Meg brings a deep passion to this work and has specialist facilitation and coaching expertise in helping individuals and groups get to the heart of any matter. She is often described as having a warm and approachable style that puts others at ease. Her experience has been strengthened by recent studies in neuroscience, backed with research on transforming leadership effectiveness.
Meg is currently working on learning and coaching projects in Australia and many parts of Asia and in her spare time, she runs an Alpaca farm with her family on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.
Clare spent her first 10 years climbing the ranks in hospitality and reaching Front Office Manager status for a European Hotel Chain, then she took a giant leap of faith into the world of IT, where she embarked on her management career and discovered her passion for people development.
The retrenchment of 70 people from a call centre she was running gave Clare the impetus to leave the corporate world and follow her purpose. Clare now facilitates, speaks and trains on changing your brain, the latest love of her life.
Martin is one of our learning and development specialists and a Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership Alumni. He provides support to students through the online student platform and marking assessments. As a keen learner, he loves sharing his knowledge and understanding of the Neuroscience of leadership and has an interest in the practical application of outcomes from the fields of organizational development, positive psychology, and neuroscience.
Martin has worked in roles managing leadership and organisational development programs and technical training (Defence related) and holds a number of qualifications which include the Diploma of the Neuroscience of Leadership (2011), Master of Education (Leadership & Management), Bachelor of Arts in Adult Education, Diploma and Post-Graduate Certificate in Project Management, as well as other credentials within the Australian Qualifications Framework.
Ember loves creating student administration processes that are intuitive and user-friendly and believes that ‘keeping it simple’ with the right tools works best to ensure a delightful learning experience for everyone.
On her quest for lifelong learning, she’s currently learning Spanish and undertaking the Advanced Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership. Linda Ray is our Chief Translator of the science into the ‘so what does that mean’. Linda has an amazing ability and passion for translating complex science into easy to understand and apply concepts. She has pioneered the spread of the practical application of neuroscience to leadership and organisational development and for the past 11 years has witnessed first- hand how it makes a difference in how leaders and individuals work, live and interact positively with others.
In her quest to share this knowledge she developed Australia’s only nationally accredited Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership which has been delivered to students around the globe and the success of this program inspired her to continue this path with the development of an Advanced Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership.
